Chelsea Snowdon is a skilled hairstylist and colorist, born in New York and raised in Rock Hill. Graduating from the Paul Mitchell Academy in 2013, Charlotte location, she embarked on her professional journey. Under the mentorship of one of Charlotte's top master colorists, Chelsea honed her skills as an assistant for two years before becoming a stylist at Uptown Retreat in 2015.
Dedicated to continuous improvement, Chelsea participated in training classes and received in-house instruction from Goldwell Color Trainers. In 2017, she embraced a new chapter at Baxter Beauty Bar, where she played a pivotal role in the salon's opening. Chelsea's commitment to excellence led her to further her education, attending Goldwell Color Classes and Babe Extensions workshops across Nashville, Columbia, Charlotte, and Raleigh. With a passion for creativity and a dedication to her craft, Chelsea Snowdon continues to make her mark in the beauty industry.

Michael Isajiw is a talented hairstylist with a passion for his craft. Originally from Naples, FL, he moved to Gainesville in 2015, where he embarked on his journey in the beauty industry. Graduating from the Redken Premier Academy in Gainesville in 2017, Michael honed his skills and expertise.
His career began at Uptown Salon, where he served as an assistant from 2015 to 2017 before transitioning to a stylist role until 2019. Seeking new opportunities, Michael moved to Fort Mill, SC, in 2019, joining the team at Baxter Beauty Bar. During his time there, he furthered his skills by obtaining the Babe Hair Master Extension certification in 2021 and attending the Goldwell Academy in NYC in 2022 for color certification.
Driven by a desire for mastery, Michael continued to enhance his expertise through multiple Goldwell color classes. With a dedication to excellence and a creative flair, Michael Isajiw is committed to providing his clients with top-notch service and stunning results.
