Appointments & Scheduling

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website or give us a call during business hours. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! While we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot, we do accept walk-ins if a stylist is available.

  • How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for color or extension services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • What happens if I’m late?

If you’re running late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Services

  • What services do you offer?

We offer haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, extensions, waxing, and more.

  • Do you offer consultations?

Yes, complimentary consultations are available to discuss your hair goals, pricing, and maintenance.

  • Do you do special occasion hair?

Absolutely! We provide styling for weddings, events, and more. Please contact us in advance for group bookings or on-location services.

Pricing & Payments

  • How much do your services cost?

Prices vary depending on the service, stylist level, and hair length.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and gift cards.

  • Do you take gratuity on card?

Yes, gratuity can be added to your card payment or provided in cash. 

  • What’s the age range for a children’s haircut?

We offer children’s pricing for all children under the age of 12. Older children may be priced at adult rates depending on hair length, thickness, and time required. If you’re not sure where your child falls, give us a call and we’ll help you out.

  • Do you offer first haircut celebrations or keepsakes?

Absolutely! Let us know in advance if it’s your child’s first haircut and we’ll make it memorable — photos, a lock of hair, and smiles all around.

Salon Policies & Experience

  • Is wine or a beverage included with my service?

Yes! We offer complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages to guests 21+ during their visit.

  • Is your salon kid-friendly?

We kindly ask that only guests receiving services remain in the salon unless pre-arranged. Children are welcome for services with a scheduled appointment.

  • Do you sell products in the salon?

Yes! We carry a curated collection of professional haircare products to help you maintain your look at home.

Extensions & Color Services

  • What color line do you use?

We use GOLDWELL, a high-performance professional color that gives rich, vibrant results while keeping your hair healthy and shiny.

  • Do you offer options for sensitive scalps or ammonia-free color?

Yes! We understand that every scalp and strand is different. During your consultation, let your stylist know if you have any sensitivities, and we’ll tailor the formula to your needs.

  • Can I bring my own color or extensions?

To ensure quality and results, we don’t work with outside color or install outside hair. We want you to have the best experience, and that means using products we know and trust.

  • Do you offer hair extensions?

Yes, we specialize in various extension methods. A consultation is required to determine the best fit for your hair type and lifestyle.

  • Can I book a color service without a consultation?

If you’re a new guest or planning a major change, we highly recommend booking a consultation first.

  • Where are you located?

We’re located in downtown Fort Mill, SC. Parking is available in front of the building with 3 dedicated parking spots for our guest.
